The idea of founding the Limited Liabilities Company
Caucasus-99 came into being in Germany during the practical training
of the founder of the firm Mr.David Janjgava in the East Europe
department of firm Black&Decker, in Frankfurt, Germany. The
successful presentation of the firm Caucasus-99 took place in
the office of the firm Black&Decker on December 18, 1998 in
the city of Idstein, Germany. After the presentation a contract
for co-operation was signed.
The date of the legal registration
of the firm is 28 January 1999. Since August 1999 Caucasus 99,
ltd establishes business contacts and later successfully co-operates
with German firm Leitz.
Since 17 May 2000, Caucasus 99 becomes
an official dealer of German firm Roto.
Since 2000, Caucasus 99 has taken part in the annual international
construction, architecture and design exhibition "Caucasus
Build".
On February 22, 2002 a service agreement was concluded with firm
Black&Decker about the establishment of official service centre
in Tbilisi.
On February 2002, firm Caucasus-99 received the right to conduct
negotiations, conclude agreements and sign them on behalf of firm
Blck&Decker.
Since May 2002, Caucasus-99 has co-operated with Electron ltd
that became the biggest importer of the goods and the first official
dealer.
Since September 2004,
"Caucasus-99" Ltd cooperates with "Godvil" Ltd.
Caucasus-99 is a constantly growing, customer-oriented
and reliable partner.
